  1. Start with your company

The advisor collects your company details and creates access immediately when starting a free trial. You can continue the remaining setup steps later.

Start with a few details. Add locations and packing stations later.
  2. Choose shipping destinations

Select common destinations individually, as the EU or by continent. Without a restriction, all countries are available when packing.

For example, Austria and Germany – or the whole EU.
  3. Record materials and weights

Import catalogue items or create your own materials. Add the unit, weight and material composition; an image helps identify the item.

    100 envelopes weigh 75 g? “Calculate” applies 0.75 g per piece.
  4. Save standard packaging

Create a packing preset for products that are always packed the same way. It combines materials, quantities and optional packing instructions.

    4 cartons + 1 pallet + strapping = one reusable preset.
  5. Pack an order

Choose the order and destination, then record materials and quantities. Use presets or free entries, and document the packaging when the photo feature is enabled.

Scan the QR code to add photos from your phone. Complete the job or pause and continue later.
  6. Compare consumption and forecasts

Review completed packing jobs by calendar year, country and material type. Record annual forecasts separately and compare them with consumption so far.

Reports help with preparation; they do not submit declarations to reporting organisations.

Work together with the right permissions
